BEFORE CONTACTING ME, PLEASE CLICK THE BUSINESS TAB ON THE TOP OF THIS WEBSITE AND READ IT
For the sake of organisation, please order the subject line of your email like this:
Email/Status
Your email is your email, without the '@whatever.com', which will be used for finding your email among all the others. Your status is what the email is for.
- If you wish to request a website, please make your status 'Request'.
- If you want features added to your website, make your status 'Feature' and please include the address of your site in the body of your email.
- If you want to ask a question, just type the question in the subject line and nothing else.
- Complaints should have the status 'Complaint'
- If there is a typo in this site it should also go under 'Complaint' Updates on progress have the status 'Update'. For payment & contract details have the status 'Contract'.
So if I was a person with email 'potentialclient@email.com', looking to request a website, my subject line should be 'potentialclient/Request'.
You don't really have to use the statuses that I have set, but please make it clear in the subject line what sort of email it is.
